Ikssy is learning how to sit up by himself while lying down and he just gave me a shock this afternoon. While we were taking a nap, he will just play around in his playpen on his own and then fell asleep, when I opened my eyes, I saw him sitting on his playpen looking and smiling at me. I was so afraid that he will try to stand up and fell, so I rushed to him immediately.
I really have to move the mattress to the lower deck, it is getting very dangerous for him. And just now, while FB-ing I heard him move so I went to check on him. To my horror, I found him sitting at the corner rubbing his eyes! Omg, quickly coax him back to sleep.
But on a happier note, I am happy that he has hit another milestone.
And oh! In my previous entries, I kept on emphasising it was my first Mother's Day this year but suddenly I recall that it was actually my second Mother's Day. -_-" Can you imagine how forgetful I am(getting)? Maybe because last year my first Mother's Day was spent doing confinement, and Ikssy was just a newborn, thus, doesn't leave a deep impression.
Ikssy and I will be joining Auny Mamaand Cuiwen, Aunty and Uncle Small, Noah and Nicholas, Grandma and second Aunt for a 3 days 2 nights Genting and KL trip on 29 May. Daddy, Mummy, Sissy and *him not not going because they are not able to apply leave. =(
Oh well, next time...
Ever since he was born, he brightens up my otherwise nondescript days.
